Welcome to Community Chef

Since 2001, I have been helping to improve people's cookery and nutrition skills while promoting a food system which provides good food for all.

Community Chef offers consultancy, training, cookery classes, workshops and demonstrations in a variety of settings, working with schools, community groups, charities, government organisations, primary care trusts and ethical businesses.

Community Chef is a socially focused business which directly supports a sustainable food system by using and promoting local food, independent food producers and retailers, organic agriculture, community food co-operatives and community self-sufficiency.

Community Chef is stewarded by Action in rural Sussex and supported by Chances 4 Change, which is funded by the Big Lottery Fund.
